Studio Tests (Norton, 18-9-01)
John - these are the shots we took at Norton on Tuesday night. The effective ISO rating of the camera is about one stop higher than claimed, so the first two shots are badly over-exposed, to the extent that even Photoshop can't help.
The shots where I reduced the power of the lights by 1/4 seem to work better. There are still bleached-out highlights on our faces, though I can't work out if that's down to the camera CCD, or just us being sweaty :-)
NOTE: The quality of these JPEGs in much lower than the output from the camera, as I've saved them with high compression for the web.
