Snow Pix
These shots were taken during a mini-blizzard while I was waiting at a bus stop in town. I was mainly trying to see how well the digital camera performs with candid shots; there's a considerable delay between pressing the trigger and the camera actually firing. Because my victims had snow blowing in their eyes, they didn't really notice me photographing them. I had to crop most of the images, some a fair bit, which, given the low resolution of the camera, means you wouldn't get good prints from them.
Ten minutes later, the sun had come out again, and it was positively balmy.

The files are quite big for this site - 50-70kb - as some of the shots rely on seeing facial expressions.
